The hotel made a great impression on us! the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early. Secondly, the rooms were well-furnished in a charming wooden baita style, which added a cozy touch. Lastly, the breakfast spread was excellent, featuring fresh products and a wide variety of choices.
No room for improvement, everything was perfect!

The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. Despite the high prices during the summer season, I found that the cost of the room was reasonable considering the excellent service and attention to detail. Additionally, the location of the hotel was fantastic, offering stunning views and easy access to nearby attractions.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

I stayed at this hotel recently and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were reasonable and the attention to detail was evident throughout. The location was fantastic, with breathtaking views from the rooms with balconies. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities were well-maintained. The breakfast buffet served at the hotel was delightful, offering a variety of tasty options. the comfort of the beds was also a standout feature, making it easy to rest after a long day of skiing. the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We also enjoyed the easy access to nearby attractions and activities, which made planning our holiday a breeze.
The room we stayed in was quite cramped and lacked ample storage space. some of the furnishings were outdated and in need of repair.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a wonderful experience. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of fresh and delicious options. The room had a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep after a long day of skiing, and the friendly staff made us feel welcomed. The location was perfect being in close proximity to the slopes and local restaurants.
The room was a bit small for us and lacked some necessary amenities such as a big wardrobe. the elevator could use some updating as it seemed a bit outdated.
